In a random stumble of luck, animal lover and photographer Clint Ralph and his son visited Giant’s Castle in Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa, at the perfect moment. They spotted a jackal hawk and caught it chasing a flock of ravens off a carcass, claiming it for himself.

The majestic photo captures the moment the hawk struts proudly toward his prize. Since Ralph took the photograph, it has become the subject of an intense Photoshop battle.
