Everyone knows that celebs use stunt doubles for various parts of movie making. Typically, they’re used for dangerous or skilled stunts (duh), but they can also be used for more mundane fight scenes, or even to fill in on nude scenes that make the actress (or actor, I suppose) uncomfortable.
You’d expect them to look enough alike to pass with all of the Hollywood special effects to aid and assist, but I don’t know. I didn’t expect them to be quite such good matches when the cameras were off, too.
#15. Kate Beckinsale (Total Recall)
Could you pick out the real Kate?
#14. Emma Watson (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1)
Okay, I have no idea why she needed 3 stunt doubles, and only one of them really looks like her?
#13. Megan Fox (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
OMG there’s two of them.
#12. Tom Cruise (Knight and Day)
I think the real one is on the left, but only because the one on the right is bulkier?
#11. Daniel Radcliffe and Robbie Coltrane (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1)
OMG HOW DID THEY FIND TWO HAGRIDS?
#10. Mark Wahlberg (Transformers: Age of Extinction)
Is it bad that I honestly don’t know which is which?
#9. Christian Slater (The Forgotten)
In the event that you remember what Christian Slater looks like, originally…
#8. Kate Winslet (Titanic)
It’s not a bad match when they’re all wet and bedraggled.
#7. Johnny Depp (Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl)
I don’t know. Would it be close without the hair and makeup?
#6. Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson (Pain & Gain)
If the stunt double had a tan it would be a lot better…
#5. Mark Ruffalo (Now You See Me)
Okay, not as perfect a match in the harsh light of day, but still pretty eerie.
#4. Chandler Riggs (The Walking Dead)
The stunt double kind of looks like a girl in profile?
#3. Robert De Niro (Dirty Grandpa)
I feel like someone underestimated De Niro’s weight. On purpose?
#2. Bruce Willis (Red 2)
I mean, you’ve seen one bald guy, you’ve seen em all, right?
#1. Andrew Garfield (The Amazing Spider-Man 2)
I want to know if he’s explaining how to be more Andrew Garfield-like in this picture.
