
Most people need 7-9 hours of sleep a night to function at full capacity. Only about 1/3 of us actually get it, and the rest are sleep-deprived – except for the 3% of the population known as the ‘sleepless elite,’ who actually thrive on fewer than 6 hours of sleep.
