Drongo birds play tricks on meerkats to get food. First, they gain the meerkats’ trust by mimicking their warning call when an eagle approaches. Later on, they sound the call again to swoop in and steal food. Since the meerkats can’t be fooled twice, the birds then imitate the warning call of their leader, trick them a third time, and enjoy one last feast before the jig is up. Source
