There’s a resort in Japan that ‘floats on the clouds’ near the summit of Mount Tomamu. When weather conditions are just right, you feel like you’re relaxing over a ‘sea of clouds,’ because the Unkai Terrace juts out from the side of the mountain, over 3,500 feet above sea level.
