This angel is made of knives that were surrendered to police or were once kept as forensic evidence. Some are engraved with the victims’ names, and each blade was cleaned of ‘biological material’ and dulled by artist Alfie Radley, who created the piece for the British Ironwork Centre to help bring awareness to the knife violence issue in the UK.
