20 Times a minor distraction led to major disasters

There are times when we decide to let our guard down or stop paying attention to something for just a minute.

Sometimes things end up okay, but other times that results in some pretty bad things happening. This is a list of times when people forgot about something for only a minute, but it resulted in a bigger problem.

The Forgotten Spatula

This person was all excited to eat their lasagna and they put the tray back into the oven to keep warm.

The only problem was that the plastic spatula was still on the tray and it’s now melted into the dish.

Baking Glasses

Have you ever wondered where you might have left your glasses only to find that you baked them into your cake?

That is what happened to this person who only found the glasses when they took the cake out of the oven.

Unorganized Eyes

These craft eyes were purchased specially for the organization case that they came in.

The owner made a mess of that in a hurry when they failed to open the case from the right side.

High-Pressure Situation

This is one reason why you should never leave anything unattended on the stove.

These people found out the hard way that their pressure cooker was just that, very pressurized.

Once the maintenance worker messed up the alignment on one of the paper towel dispensers, they probably decided to just make all of them uneven.

As a delivery driver, you want to make sure that you get the customer their food properly.

This person made it all the way home from the store before they realized that they had managed to bring home one of the item scanners.
