In the book world, the term is “unputdownable,” and it refers to a book that you want very much to read in one sitting, even if you can’t make it happen because of stupid real life.
To a book that, when you’re not reading it, you’re thinking about it and wishing you could get back to it and plotting how you’re going to make that happen as soon as possible.
If you’re on the hunt for a book like that, these 11 people have some recommendations!
11. The One by John Marrs
“I’ve never read a book with as many cliffhangers before. In this book, a DNA test can tell you with 100% accuracy who your soulmate is.
It jumps between many point-of-view of characters who’ve found their match, but nothing is as easy as it seems…in fact, quite the opposite.
It’s not a romance novel and has been compared to Black Mirror.”
