I firmly believe that everyone on earth deals with anxiety now and again. If you’re lucky, then it only hits you occasionally and in semi-appropriate situations. If you’re not so lucky, then you might find yourself laying in bed when you should be asleep, wondering what you’re going to do if your perfectly healthy, semi-young spouse dies unexpectedly.
And yes, I’m speaking from experience.
