Actually, what probably happened is that one did it first, which then encouraged three others to do it because they weren’t the only ones behaving badly. This is why teachers have to separate certain friends in school.

So, it probably doesn’t take much detective work to figure out what happened here. Somebody kept mixing up the coffee and tea canisters so often that they eventually decided to switch the names.

Sure, one might expect the arduous process of switching the contents of these things to work well as a deterrent from making this mistake again. But sometimes, trying to influence that kind of change becomes a lot like swimming against the current. It’s easier to go with the flow.

There are two jugs of milk at the bottom left corner, which is a real problem because somebody left them to spoil outside of the fridge. Worse yet, the fridge is only about 10 feet away from the shelf. This is not the fun kind of laziness.

After all, most plants need a few weeks to germinate to this point. Still, it’s not necessarily the uploader’s fault if some plant roots end up in their plumbing. This was nonetheless quite a thing not to notice, though.

If there’s one time to be lazy, this is it

As timeless of a prank as it is, nobody’s exactly thrilled to clean off toilet paper from their house. Granted, it’s significantly better than getting egged, but it’s still a pretty big nuisance. However, it’s probably not going to take too much of a cleanup this time around.

However, that fact seemed to disappoint Reddit user optimusbeer, who saw it as a sign of how lazy younger generations have become. That said, there still isn’t much to complain about because they said the toilet paper was still usable. There’s an advantage to that laziness.

If this is the future, it’s not that impressive

It’s unclear what was once supposed to be at this tourist information desk, but what they’ve got in its place isn’t terribly information. After all, people who wanted to Google the information they were looking for would have done so before they even approached this desk.

The cost of someone else’s laziness in one picture

Reddit user ten10thsdriver explained that all a FedEx driver had to do to bring them their new tool cart was put it on a dolly and wheel it up to their door. However, they apparently didn’t feel like getting it and even tossed aside the relevant plastic banding straps.

Instead, a neighbor told the Redditor that the driver rolled the box end over end until it made it to the door before they left it like this. This meant the destruction of the cart, which then had to be replaced by Home Depot, UPS, and yet another FedEx driver. It’s amazing how much work one lazy person can create for other people.

It looks like the meme isn’t making an impact

Sometimes, calling people out on their laziness only makes them more entrenched in their ways. And that seems to be exactly what happened after someone put up this little sign detailing exactly what they don’t want to see.

As shown here, people are still piling cans over the bag and refusing to start a new one. At this point, it’s hard to believe they’re not writing something like “you can’t stop me” on this meme. Of course, that may also be more work than they’re willing to do.

It’s not unreasonable to raise a cabinet like this over a stove, and similar design decisions go unnoticed in all sorts of kitchens throughout the world. However, the reason they’re easier to ignore is that all of the other cabinets are just as elevated.

But in this kitchen, it seems that someone wasn’t prepared for the possibility that the people living here may want to cook food at some point. So, the other cabinets are positioned where they originally wanted them. It doesn’t look like they could decide on what color they wanted, either.

It’s sadly not unheard of to see bags of trash piled up in front of a dumpster like this. As nonsensical as it seems to take the trash all the way out to the dumpster only to forgo the final step, people do it all the time.
