It’s almost that time of year again – the wonderful time when you get to send your kids away to camp for a week. Or, alternatively, the exhausting time of year when you get to accompany your kid to camp, and also look after a cabin full of other people’s kids in the process.
If you’re me, it’s also the time of year you attempt (and usually fail) to avoid your husband’s suggested camping trip in the local woods.
If none of these apply to you, well…count yourself lucky? Or simply scroll through these and think back over all of your own wonderful (or not so much) days at camp as a child.
