There’s no doubt that whoever started PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) had a big heart that was in the right place. Their latest post, which asks people to mind their “anti-animal” language and compares the plight of animals not wanting to become food to humans who have battled sexism, racism, homophobia, etc, lands somewhere on the riling side – and the responses have been on point.
