The Razzies Award Some of The Worst Movies Ever Made

We spend a lot of time during award’s season lauding the very best that Hollywood has to offer…but I think we all know that there are far more misses than hits when it comes to movies.

The Razzies are here to help us recognize the worst of the worst, and honestly, I think it’s a bit more amusing – and also helpful – than telling me what the best options are.

If you’re curious, here are what the Razzies say are 14 movies you should definitely avoid (unless you enjoy a good bad film.

14. Under the Cherry Moon (1986)

34% on Rotten Tomatoes, assuming because of Prince.

13. Can’t Stop the Music (1980)

It has a whopping 8% approval on Rotten Tomatoes.

12. Leonard Part 6 (1987)

I don’t know whether the 9% on Rotten Tomatoes came before or after the whole Cosby scandal.

11. Mommy Dearest (1981)

This one scored 53% on Rotten Tomatoes, and has achieved a bit of cult fame over the years, but it’s still pretty bad.

10. Cocktail (1988)

I have no idea what movie these people were watching, because it deserves way more than 5% approval.

9. Inchon (1982)

0% on Rotten Tomatoes, y’all. Zero. Effing. Percent.

8. Star Trek 5: The Final Frontier (1989)

It appears that a majority of fans were fed up – only 22% were down with this movie.

7. The Lonely Lady (1982)

Another one with a 0% on Rotten Tomatoes. I have to think maybe the fashion at least is worth a look.

6. The Adventures of Ford Fairlane (1990)

22% on Rotten Tomatoes, and even just watching the trailer it’s not hard to see why.

5. Bolero (1984)

No one liked this one on Rotten Tomatoes, either. Absolutely no one.

4. Ghosts Can’t Do It (1990)

No score on Rotten Tomatoes; I’m not sure what that even means.

3. Rambo: First Blood, Part II (1985)

This one got a 34% on Rotten Tomatoes, and I think we can agree is part of the canon anyway.

2. Hudson Hawk (1991)

Even Bruce Willis in his heyday couldn’t save this film – only 26% of people gave it a thumb’s up on Rotten Tomatoes.

1. Howard the Duck (1986)

I don’t know why anyone thought this was a good idea, but somehow 13% of people on Rotten Tomatoes did.

Call me crazy, but some of these don’t actually sound too bad.

Have you seen any of these? Have you seen others you feel like belong on this list? Definitely tell us about them in the comments!
