It’s one thing to write a bad review for a company that screws you over. But it’s another thing entirely to wave your magic “bad review wand” when the business has nothing to do with the mess you currently find yourself in.
Even so, it’s pretty hilarious to watch people get worked up when they don’t get their way. If you like stories like that, you’ll want to read through the messages below, sent between a woman named Mavis and the owner of a custom desk company in Australia.
Here’s how the whole thing started:
The owner is completely courteous in his reply:
But then things started to go downhill from there:
The warranty, as it turns out, is expired. Bummer!
But of course Mavis can’t just let it go.
Somehow, the owner of the company remains calm and polite:
