I’m shaking my damn head at the people responsible for these epic job fails.
Actually, I’m kind of shocked that there are THIS MANY examples of these kinds of disasters out there, but you learn something new every day, right?
Well, I think we can all agree that what we’re about to look at is not pretty…not by a long shot.
But let’s have a couple laughs and hope that whoever made these unforced errors at least got a firm reprimand.

Those are really something else.
It’s kind of hard to believe how many people keep their jobs after they make pretty huge mistakes like these, isn’t it?
