Everyone is dealing with something. Pain, trauma, illness, grief, financial insecurity, etc. So everyone deserves the time, space, and resources to focus on their mental health.
I can’t prescribe meds and I’m not a therapist, but here are 13 memes for your mental health. Take at least the next 60 seconds to breathe deep and show yourselves a little self-care! You’re worth it.
1. Tell yourself every day:
You, at your core, are whole and worthy of love.
2. Then show yourself that love:
Through actions and words.
3. Be patient with yourself:
This is about the process, not the product.
4. And reach out for help.
You don’t have to do this alone!
5. Be there for your friends.
And they can be there for you.

To accept you can’t fix a person. But you can support them.
7. But again, remember:
Save just as much love for yourself as you give others.

As silly as it might seem, speaking kind words to ourselves and giving ourselves some encouragement is a form of self-care.
Nobody knows you like you, so try being your own best friend. Say all the kind things to yourself that you usually reserve for other people. You deserve to hear them too.
