What woman hasn’t wanted to be a Disney Princess at some point in her life? Princesses are graceful, beautiful, and beloved.
Plus, you get to wear glass slippers, a pretty ball gown, and in the end, your Prince Charming whisks you off your feet and you live happily ever after. Right?
Maybe not. Indonesian artist Andhika Muksin likes to imagine famous Disney characters as you’ve never seen them before, with more humanity. These 15 illustrations show us what Disney princesses might act like if they lived in our reality.

Not even a Disney princess looks perfect all the time.
Some of these are just silly, but it’s legitimately comforting to realize the Disney princesses we idolized as kids were just fantasies of what a woman could be. In reality, nobody is perfect all the time. And that’s ok. We’re only human.
Which realistic Disney princess are you? Let us know in the comments.
