Watching This Adorable Baby Bat Go to Town on a Banana After Being Rescued Just Makes the Day a Little Bit Better

A poor little bat who’s been given the name Miss Alisha narrowly survived a close call after being hit by a car in Australia.

The driver who hit her rushed the injured animal to urgent care. She is being nursed back to health by Denise Wade, aka Batzilla the Bat. Luckily, Miss Alisha didn’t suffer any broken bones, only a concussion. She’ll spend some time in Wade’s care before she is released back to her bat colony.
