Working moms have it tough, no doubt about it. And Sarah Buckley Friedberg of Needham, Massachusetts, recently posted an epic rant of more than 1,000 words addressing what society expects of working mothers.

Friedberg has three children, ages 6, 3, and 1, and she works full-time as a microbiology manager for a medical device company.
