More good news for all the food lovers out there! A new food collaboration is going to drop in January 2020 that I think a lot of people will be very excited about.
What are some of the best food mash-ups of all time? Peanut butter and jelly. Salami and cream cheese (seriously, try it). The Turducken crazy that doesn’t seem to be going away is another example.
Well, pretty soon you’ll be able to get your hands on Pretzel Pop-Tarts for only $3.49.
“Sweet and salty and perfect” sounds about right. The new Pretzel Pop-Tarts will feature two flavors: chocolate and cinnamon sugar. And it looks like they went easy on the frosting so the pretzel flavor wouldn’t get lost in the mix.

The new product was announced at the 2019 National Association of Convenience Stores (I really want to go to this event, not joking).
Joe Beauprez, Pop-Tarts’ marketing director, said, “Pop-Tarts is always ingeniously creating new ways to enjoy familiar, loved foods. With the debut of Pop-Tarts Pretzel, we’ve fixed a snacking staple, and added two more delicious options to our line-up of flavors.”
Pop-Tarts has had a busy year, bringing back an old favorite and launching a new flavor in 2019. The brand brought back the Frosted Confetti Cupcake that had been gone since 2017 and they debuted the Frosted Chocolate Cupcake to satisfy folks with a real sweet tooth.
