Hang on tight everybody, I have some BIG news. If you’re a fan of Costco and you like buying everything in bulk, and I do mean everything, have I got a deal for you!

Costco, the place where dreams come true, is now selling a 27-pound bucket of macaroni and cheese.

Yes, you read that right. 27 POUNDS. Let’s break this down: the bucket costs $89.99 and has 180 servings of the good stuff inside. It also has a shelf life of 20 FREAKING YEARS. It’s recommended that you keep the bucket in a cool, dry place…like an underground survival bunker.

That’s kind of insane, am I right?

To be clear, the mac and cheese is not pre-made. It’s kind of hard to imagine that staying edible for 20 years. Instead, the bucket contains 180 packages of pasta and 180 packages of cheddar cheese sauce.

And the reviews really aren’t that bad! One person said, “Honestly, I was expecting something that tasted horrible. I was surprised to find out that it was very good.”

Another customer commented, “Best Kept Secret! First I really like the packaging where the product is spread over a number of resealable packages; second this is probably the best pasta macaroni I have ever had. Its firm (al dente) and tasty without adding anything else. And the cheese has a good cheesy flavor. I plan on ordering some more buckets.”

I have a feeling that this product is going to appeal to college students, artists, and people getting their backyard bunker ready for the Zombie Apocalypse.

What do you think? Are you going to give this a shot?

Hey, you never know when you’re gonna need it. And you can never have enough mac and cheese…
