'Hercules' Is the Next Disney Film to Get the Live-Action Treatment

You’ve probably treated yourself to the live action Disney offerings of Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and the Lion King, and if you’re like me, you just can’t wait for Mulan.

Now, according to both The Hollywood Reporter and Entertainment Weekly, we’re going to be adding a live-action Hercules to the mix.

There’s no news yet as far as a director or cast, but we do know that Dave Callahan, who wrote the upcoming Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings film (part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe), is penning the script.

More MCU alums, The Russo Brothers, are listed as producers.

Of course, people are really excited, because we all have our Disney favs.
