We would all like to think that our family – especially our immediate family – has our backs in this life, but the truth is that not all families are created equal. Sometimes they act more like enemies than the friends they’re supposed to be.
I have to think that’s the case with these 10 folks, who are having to deal with not only a breakup, but the fact that one of their siblings thinks it’s OK to date their ex.
10. She can’t have it both ways.
I hope she understands that.
9. You don’t have to do anything.
I’m just saying.
8. Sounds like there’s more going on there.
Might be time to unpack it before things get worse.
7. Who thinks this is ok?
I wouldn’t even do this for a friend.
6. It probably won’t work out.
So at least there’s that.
5. That’s one word for it.
I can think of a few more choice ones as well.
4. How else would she have met him?
I honestly think that’s a bit irrelevant.
3. There’s not much you can do.
Except just remove yourself from the situation.
2. Honestly, how dare she.
This would make me freak the heck out.
1. This is so not ok.
How do you even start to explain that one?
I definitely would not be ok with this, and I feel like any good sibling would feel the same way.
