If you’ve never been to an air show, particularly the Chicago Air Show, you should do yourself a favor and attend at some point.
You get to see the greatest pilots in the world controlling amazing aircraft in precarious maneuvers that is really quite thrilling.
One of those jets is the F-22 Raptor.
The F-22 Raptor was produced between 1996 and 2011 and 195 total jets were built.
These jets have single seats and twin engines.
According to Military.com, “the F-22 cannot be matched by any known or projected fighter aircraft.”
That’s pretty high praise…
Under U.S. law, this aircraft can’t be exported because of its classified features and stealth technology.
Someone shot the F-22 Raptor Fighter Jet in slow motion with an UltraHD 4k camera and the results are pretty awesome.
Here’s the full video for your viewing pleasure. Check these bad boys out in slow-mo! The F-22 Raptor footage starts at the 7:51 mark, but the other planes are pretty awesome as well.
That’s pretty damn impressive when you see this incredible piece of machinery in action, let alone in ultra slow motion.
What did you think? Have you ever been to an air show to see these jets in action? Or maybe you’re a pilot yourself and you have some experience with them?
