Ahhhhh, April 1. The day that self-described pranksters and jokesters get to go all out tricking friends and foes alike. And this April Fool’s Day proved to be a pretty solid one, if you ask me.

There were some major pranks pulled on social media this April 1, and they got a lot of folks riled up. In other words, they worked – and they were hilarious.

Check these out! But keep in mind: these are all false…

Welcome to New York, In-N-Out!?? FINALLY the famous West Coast burger chain has announced its first 12 Manhattan locations all slated to open this month (April)! Its new NYC flagship will takeover the top 5 floors of the Flatiron building, directly across the street from NYC OG Shake Shack.  Are you Team @shakeshack or @innout?  Cc: @losangelesbucketlist #animalstyle

Dreams = dashed for millions of New Yorkers.

2. Puppies will fetch balls during the US Open

That would’ve been a welcome sight.

3. Tinder will now have height verification

That got a lot of short men upset, no doubt.

4. A new dog breed?

Hmmm, I wonder how many people fell for this one…

5. All kinds of new dipping sauces… milkshake-style

Many people were temporarily pleased.

6. Pupbucks! Just for dogs!

Okay, that’s pretty silly.

7. Free concert!!!

8. Brady retiring?!?!

9. The L.A. Times trolling New York City’s food scene

Which one of these is your favorite? Happy April Fool’s Day!
