A lot of us have preconceptions in our heads of bats: vicious bloodsuckers just waiting to pounce as we walk along the street at night.

But I have a feeling that the Australian Bat Clinic & Wildlife Trauma Centre might just change your mind. Because the orphaned bats at this place are freaking adorable.

Who wouldn't want to be a bat carer?

The Centre was founded by Terry Wimberley, and it is dedicated to helping bats that have been orphaned or injured. Baby bats like to be swaddled, so seeing them wrapped up in blankets and being bottle fed is really a treat.

Enough chit chat, let’s see some of these baby bats!
