There are some great things about more people working from home, but one of the things that’s decidedly not cool about this world of instant gratification we’ve built ourselves is people expecting responses 24/7.

Some of us take breaks. We take weekends and holidays and vacations, and – gasp – we have lives that don’t revolve around checking our email.
