Japanese people love their mascots. There are mascots in that country for pretty much everything. Brands, prefectures, even religions have their own mascot.
And, like a lot of Japanese things, some of these mascots are…wacky. A Twitter page called Mondo Mascots keeps track of this Japanese national pastime, and we’re all better for it.
