If you were a person who watched The Disney Channel during the 2010s, there’s no way you don’t remember actress Debby Ryan. The darling of her day, she starred as Bailey in The Suite Life on Deck and as the title character in Jessie.
She also starred in an original Disney Channel movie called Radio Rebel, where she played a high schooler who lived a double life as a radio DJ – and it’s this role that has recently resurfaced as an internet meme.
