In an interview with NBC that was released earlier in the day, Melania claims she wrote the speech with some help.

However, the Trump campaign released a statement to the media which reveals that Melania actually had a team of writers…
In writing her beautiful speech, Melania’s team of writers took notes on her life’s inspirations, and in some instances include fragments that reflected her own thinking. Melania’s immigrant experience and for America shone through in her speech, which made it such a success.
Additionally, some have also pointed out that there’s another part of the speech that sounds very familiar.
