Rude customers are a scourge on humanity, but unfortunately, they are really prevalent. Usually, it’s up to the person who is working to deal with a rude customer.
If you’re lucky, your manager will step in and diffuse the situation. And if you’re extra lucky, another customer will step in and pretend to be your manager.
That’s exactly what happened when one guy encountered a rude customer at a local store. Instead of waiting for the actual manager to show up, the guy pretended he was the manager instead.
As the saying goes… not all heroes wear capes.
The guy was already having a pretty bad day.

So as you can tell, he wasn’t exactly in the best mood to begin with, and he was probably already on edge.
He decided to swing by the store on his way home, and almost immediately encountered an angry customer there.

This customer really can’t even be described simply as “rude” — he’s horrific.

The guy was in just the right mood to take on this irate customer himself, even though there was no reason for him to.

The customer then really shows his true colors: he was being horrible just to try to get a free bottle of gin.

He then thinks that maybe he can even get more than one bottle. The audacity!

The guy then takes it upon himself to ban this customer from the store for life… and he doesn’t even work there. Are you laughing out loud yet?

The guy takes it to the next level by saying that not only is the customer banned, but the store’s security will also know who he is.

The guy told security about the issue, and then just disappeared, like all the best heroes do.
