Earlier this year, Master P joined forces with engineer and entrepreneur Richard Patterson to form Trion Supercars, in pursuit of becoming the first Black-owned supercar manufacturer in the United States.

A Supercar or exotic car is the term for a:

street-legal, high-performance luxury sports car

Patterson, who serves as CEO of the new company, cut his teeth at Tesla and Boeing before developing his own car, the Nemisis RR.

Sold under the Trion brand, there are now three versions of the Nemisis: The GT, of which there will only be 100 handcrafted vehicles for sale, the RR, of which there will only be 50, and the special RR Black Ops Edition, which will only sell to 9 lucky drivers and cost $1.9 million.

The luxury vehicles sport 8-speed sequential transmissions and all-wheel drive.

And what’s so special about the Black Ops Edition? Predator mode. According to the a href=”http://www.TrionSuperCars.com”>Trion website:

With the push of a button, Predator Mode places unmatched authority and performance within arm’s reach and activates changes in aerodynamics, ride height, engine RPM limits, gauge cluster, and interior lighting to name a few.

While the available models demand an understandably high price tag, the ultimate goal of Trion is pretty simple, according to Master P:

Creating affordable luxury SUVs and cars for the masses.
