I went to a high school that was pretty crazy about its football program so it’s not too much of a shocker to me when I see stories about how much more seriously institutions take their sports teams as opposed to their actual education…

And the number of resources they pour into them…

But when you think about it, it makes sense: universities need to make money and sports are HUGE money makers. It’s just the way it works in that world.

And that brings us to today’s story.

Someone shared a photo on Reddit of the new locker room for the football team at Louisiana Tech University next to a classroom at the school to highlight the big differences. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words…
