And out of all of 11-26, I think the one to spot is the Vaporeon.

If you can land a Vaporeon with Water Gun and Hydro Pump, not only are you cooking at almost 80%, you’ll have some killer HP to play with, and you’ll be able to beat or put a serious dent in almost all of the top five.
